Movie is pure piff, breh. One of the few animated flicks in my collection.
ya i watched it with my girl and we overall enjoyed it, we are both new to anime movies... it really felt like brand new genre... any other anime you recommend... not like that dragon ball z stuff though.
The dude who runs the studio that made Spirited Away is pretty much the Japanese Walt Disney, breh. Studio Ghibli films are pretty much always piff.
Besides Spirited Away, my favorites are Princess Mononoke, Castle in the Sky, and Howl's Moving Castle. I haven't seen any of the recent ones that have come out within the last year or two tho i hear they're good.
thats wassup... it did feel like i was watching a disney movie, it had that disney magical feel

Good flick I had to watch it for a film class I was taking in college. Don't remember much of it but I know it had real good artwork and the story was far out.

This particular track was riveting man.

Spirited away is a classic. I need to grab that Blu-ray. I have it on DVD.
Yeah I'm gonna go out and cop the Bluray. I dl'd it but it deserves a purchase.

my co worker brought it into work one day, i was like what is this gay ass looking movie, anyway we made it halfway through it but ended up getting busy with work. i ended up downloading it as soon as I got home and is one of my go to animated movies now
I seen the movie box art a few times on Google but thought it was some ole bullshyt but it was way better than I expected.
If you like this one check out all the movies by Hayao Miyazaki. Hes the director. All his movies are classic. My favourite is Nausicaa Valley of the Wind. It's a bit older so the animation and sound isn't quite as flashy, still beautiful though. Princess Mononoke is another great one, with more action.
