Sprint UNLOCKED Iphone 5s question.

I just paid a dude to unlock my 5s for sprint, wanna sell unlocked. I followed all directions following restore, I wanna know is it supposed to show the SPRINT LTE icon on the screen until you change the carrier settings? How do I know this is unlocked? Where can I check?

How old are you?
You can insert a AT&T or T-Mobile sim and it should recognize it
