Staff Enforced Ignore List Questions and Concerns

I don't troll.How do you not know how to use the ignore function after trolling here for so long?
Staff already put him there, so I can't remove him. The problem is that he continuously quotes me, and I'd like to be able to respond without having to do annoying searches to find his posts, or staff could put me on his ignore list, so that I can't be removed so that he stops quoting me.
Oh I understand. Welp I'd avise you to not respond to him then because I don't get why you feel the need to search for posts of him quoting you.
what's this about? just noticed a thread had been responded to by an "Ignored User", but i've never used the ignore function in my life. so i checked my ignore list and it had two people on there, one of which i couldn't unignore.
is this a shadow ban feature? (globally ignoring an user unbeknownst to him and others)
