I used to fukk with Stalley heavy.

But he's gotten type weak lately. He jacked his last single from some kids. And this joint has the same vocal sample that I've heard at 2-3 other cats use just in the past year alone. I kinda feel like he's stuck creatively. Those Madlib joints he did were dope. That seemed to be his true lane. He was good with that. Now he's jackin' shyt from Soundclick artists and shyt, and throwing it under the MMG umbrella. LOL!!

I had pretty high expectations for this cat. I don't know, brehs.

FYI This track was recorded last year. He just decided to release it today and just to be straight he didnt jack Swangin from G-Side. The BlockBeaterz just reused the beat. ST said on twitter it was cool and the beat is damn near 4-5 years old already. I agree to a point but his best work with clrealy with Rashad. Those Madlib joints (The Autobiography) were disjointed and boring as fukk. Babblin was cool but mainly for the beat. LWN is his best release to date. shyt still gets bumped.

He always says that he recorded these records awhile ago. But this is like 3-4 records that he's done, that are rips of lesser known artists. Blockbeaterz continue to do that, it's pretty much known at this point, that this is what they do.

I just think dude needs to get back with what he was doing in 2010-11. He had a more organic sound back then, and he sounded fresher, more alive. Nobody digs the stuff he's been droppin' lately. He's under that MMG hold, so he should have access to all kinds of music that would kick his career into gear. I don't know what's going on with the homie.
