Stan Lee has confirmed a Black Panther movie as being in the works. This isn't a huge surprise because Marvel Studios CEO Kevin Feige has been upfront about his desire for a film based on the Wakandan king for a while and Lee has previously alluded to such a film, but there hasn't been an official statement from anyone about the film's progress.
Until now. When Lee was asked about the possibility of a Black Widow solo movie at Fan Expo Canada (via CBR), he said, "We haven't made a Black Widow movie but she's been in some of our movies, and she will be featured more prominently as we move forward. And the chances are she will have her own movie because eventually all the superheroes are going to have their own movies. They are already working on Ant-Man, Dr. Strange and the Black Panther and there are others I am not allowed to talk about."
There are several Phase III film released dates that do not yet have titles attached, so it could definitely come then.

nikka he hasn't worked for Marvel since the 90's. He's never been involved in any of the Marvel movies From Marvel Studios, Fox, or Sony other than Cameo appearances.
