Nfl and nba always do numbers. Mlb not so much unless it's a popular team thread like the Yankees or cardinals or the playoffs. Nhl really only does numbers during the playoffs and that's among a small group of posters. Hopefully this nba season there aren't that many pointless and unnecessary threads.
