:francis:

Which Mega album overshadows Illmatic? :ohhh:
I was starting to fukk with you too breh, after those two stellar P threads :wow:
Then you made this thread about that tec on your dresser :francis:

illmatic is the most overrated album of all time, it's not even a top 3 nas album :francis:

It Was Written is his best album and it's been said for decades that nas stole mega's rhymes for a good chunk of it :sas1:

I'd put The Realness and True Meaning up against any nas album, damn near any NY album really...in terms of complete projects they don't get better than those two :wow:

Mega my nikka but he gets most of his attention when NaS name is brought up:francis:
When was the last interview he did when there was no mention of NaS:francis:
When was the last thread about mega on here when NaS wasn't brought into the discussion:francis:
Threads gonna do numbers on the Nas slander alone :wow:
@charmander threads on Prodigy dont need another rapper mentioned though :wow:
@charmander I bet if you edited the Nas stuff out of the OP the thread would go double cardboard :francis:

Oh - we're just making shyt up at this point?
Let me try it out...
Cormega was scared of Prodigy :youngsabo:

nas and steve stoute blackballed mega that's a known fact tho

why else did the testament not come out til mega bought the rights to the album in 05 :sas1: the promo and everything for it was in full force til he refused to sign that production deal that raped everyone else in The Firm

Your timeline is off here. He was kicked out of the Firm in late 96, when his verse disappeared off La Familia. He was still getting Def Jam promo through 98, he was on the Survival of the Illest live album and the samplers (first time I heard Killahs Theme :wow:). Then they shelved the album. Did Nas and Stoute get it shelved singlehandedly out of spite? I don't know. Doesn't seem likely unless Def Jam got something in return. :yeshrug:I could be wrong though.
