Find a remote job or move to a Red state where the mandates don't exist.
They're not firing warehouse workers because they're already seasons behind due to the supply chain crisis and their stock has already been downgraded.
BTW, the lawsuits are coming especially if these are employees who were in great standing.

The Nike Warehouse here says vaccination or a negative COVID test weekly is what I've heard from people who work there.
Even remote jobs are requiring the vaccination as I interviewed with one earlier this week that asked me about my vaccination status. She was careful in how she worded the question, but I insinuated what she was referring to.

At-will or not, they know the lawsuits are coming. Citi is doing the same and withholding peoples bonuses. They can only get them if they sign waivers that say they won't sue.
