Jimmy is the main reason Y Ra and Dre didn't work. Dre could of worked with Ra on hooks...that's what producers do and Dre does it all the time. It's called a collaborative effort. Ra could of easily made lyrical hooks(he's done it in the past) and Dre could of streamlined them to fit into a more mainstream appeal. Dre knows how to work with his artists strengths and weaknesses.
