Derek Wolf makes looking food, but I don't think he knows how to season. Dude pours his seasoning & rubs on his food and rubs it all over the meats. That's not seasoning. Never seen him use a variety of seasonings.

But, to his credit, he has a variety of rubs/seasonings for various types of meats, poultry and fish.
