There’s about 40g of protein in a steak, it’s not even that much and there’s equal amounts in healthier meats.

Steak is pretty much the greatest meal, but who sears up a steak after a workout![]()
I didn’t even bother responding to that. What meat is healthier than a tenderloin

I personally prefer a protein shake or eggs but I’m not working out to body buildreal lifters/bodybuilders B
a steak just sounds terrible after a workout to me
