Steak is pretty much the greatest meal, but who sears up a steak after a workout :heh:

Banana and then some cous cous, spinach, roasted veggies and peanut butter on apple and a sugar free protein shake if required.

There’s about 40g of protein in a steak, it’s not even that much and there’s equal amounts in healthier meats.
