I've started watching BBC World News instead of American news shows and they talk about the US like we're a fukking developing country. They're genuinely amazed that our government has done so little to help. A host just asked why Wall Street seems to be doing so well while we have millions of people out of work and flocking to food banks.

Edit: they just ran a commercial saying "what's happening in the US just isn't normal."
