IMO it's one of the best FPS's. great A.I., cool bullet-time effect, and the graphics still look good today (especially with SGSSAA or downsampling). the game is also pretty creepy/scary at times

That's where I'd be at too. People seemed to like it, but it doesn't seem to be worth $30
By the way. That fukking elite controller is awesome. I'm using it on my PC and X1 and getting used to the paddles. It's working real well with Halo. Since I can't use win 10 with my Vpn just yet, the paddles are kinda useless on PC for me. I recommend the controller though, even at $150. It's the highest quality controller I've ever used.
I'm thinking about getting it. luckily it's sold out most places at the moment
I also preodered the Steam controller. I guess I missed the Nov cutoff, so I probably won't get it until the beginning of Dec
