I only notice these steam outages in multiplayer really

destiny 2 pvp is some shyt. steam will go down, the notification will tell players to log out then log back in, nothing happens, and they stay in the game teleporting around corners

No issues for me. The only problems I ever have with steam is friend chat. I just use discord to talk instead.
