What do ppl see in these wrestling games?
It's fun to create shyt the way you want it. Making a storyline up and playing it out, especially with the freedom and customization the Universe mode gives you. Plus the online community is full of people making any character you want. Want to bring NJPW characters to the WWE universe? Online community creations got you. Want to have a UFC Championship belt in the game? Online community creations got you. They used to even let you create finishers.
I've made like 4 custom characters and threw em in a stable...had them dominate all the titles for a year. The leader of the stable was the Intercontinental champion, his right hand was the US champ, they both were also tag team champs at the same time, and they both made sure that the 3rd guy stayed World Heavyweight champ by any means, the 4th member was a woman that just dominated the women's division. All black superstars for true #BlackExcellence. Each character had a different specialty and approach to their movesets and attitudes. It's just fun.
