Using numbers to rate appearance is subjective. But the rating system is very inaccurate, for example if you were to ask most people, what is the difference between an 7 and a 9. You will not get a conclusive answer.

Depends on the individual, but in most cases. In my honest opinion, Women that have had a glow up are usually humble, and they know what it is like to go through rejection or to be "invisible".

And I know it is hard to believe but most do not like the attention from random men.
