No they are not smh. He NEVER uses any form of a handle to get past a defender unless he splits a trap. Outside of that, Russ is 100% speed and quickness. Fast as fukk north, south, east, and west. He was a great awful player in the past cause he had no control AT ALL. He is more controlled now, but still lightyears behind Steph, Irving, prime Wade, MJ, AI, Kobe, etc. He is similar to Bron in the way that if a defender can stop that first step, they will struggle to get past even single coverage. That shyt is not entertaining imo bro.

Now once he gets to the launching pad though . The more Russ has to use agility, the worse of a player he becomes. He blows past nikkas with ease off straight line drives though.

No complaints because it was legit intrigue when kobe got those last 2. 1 was a legit threat of re Celtics who had just beat them a year prior, the other was a hopeful kobe vs lebron finals that lebron came up short on but the idea of those 2 meeting up ran that season.

He's also mad that he has no relationship with any Warriors players like he does other players. He has no inside connect that he can call on the phone like he does with Melo, D-Wade and LeBron's camp.
