I have no problem with it as long as it's consistent.

But just getting tired of this overprotection of women. If anything, I think it's more sexist and distracting to cry over so many minor things at them and feel compelled to overprotect them on everything like their some fragile dandelions and if you blow on them too hard you will kill them.
