For years now I compared Haliburton to Kidd and just like Kidd I think he needs to be the second or even third option on a championship team. He an elite PG but he ain’t an elite scorer.

Kidd was one of the best defensive PGs of all time though. Hali not that or even a notable defender.

This. People come out to see superstars. No one is planning their day/weekend around Hali. He’s a star.

He does need to try and find that balance of scoring and play making though.. It's a delicate balance but he has to understand when his team needs him to score

Once he masters that then he will really be a superstar
