You get at least 2 chances before the 10 game or they year, and besides they set the mandate to what is beneficial to the league, plus they keep the check that he was supposed to get. Discipline is all that is need and the NFL has the easiest test, they tell you when it's coming and if you failed that then you are put in the system.

Why is it stupid though? If i got caught with weed in my system i WISH i only got suspended for a year. My degree and all the money I put into it for my career would be worthless. I'd never be able to work in this field again.

Now, let's talk about weed being illegal in the first place. If people want to smoke themselves silly, then let them. But that's another discussion.

It's not though. It's an illegal substance and you're playing for a privately run institution. Matter of fact, show me one profession in America where its fine and dandy to have weed in your system after a drug test.
