dumbsfeld was the sacrifical lamb for the bush admin. hes probably still somewhat in bed with them but hes seeming more straight talk about their admin. i saw a history channel thing on it a while back and he was really giving it to Bush, Cheney and Rove
of course. i wouldnt trust any of them with anything. but hes been the most straightforward out of the snakes..for whatever thats worth

Rumsfeld and Rove were the brains behind that admin imo
He was the proponent of the light foot strategy in Iraq and deBaathificatin orders. A lot of the books written about the war show how Powell and even Condoleeza were gathering their own intelligence because Rumsfield was keeping everything guarded. Powell especially thought the military strategy was going to turn out the way Iraq did before the surge. I am more surprised that Rumsfield lasted as long as he did.

It still amazes me that they talk about the failed intelligence and campaigning for war like 
Yea we fukked but hey we have to move on. They fukking lied and took this nation to war and put the Middle East into more turmoil. If another country did this, we would advocating war crimes against their leaders. Everything about the led up to the Iraq war is mindboggling
