it was probably a co-prod, cuz Buck didnt do those chimes in his tracks. a little too bubbly for his music, id say he did the melody and arraigned it, with Stevie adding the drums and said chimes

Buck was doing his own thing but was also a Hitman at the time, so that would be my best guess
