I'm American. I know, I'm ignorant and lazy right? My country is terrible but I can't throw a rock in a crowd without hitting an immigrant.

The amount of African dikk riding I see is out of hand. Do Africans view black Americans in the same light?

Being from Africa doesn't mean someone has the answer or a more authentic black experience.

Personally I get a long well Africans who have lived in multiple countries outside of Africa. Horners fukk with me too. We rarely talk about Africa, lol TBH, they love American black culture and rarely discuss their own unless I ask about it.

We talk about Tupac and how weird white people in America are. The Africans in America I see assimilate into American Black culture. From what I've noticed they aren't concerned with American Black issues unless they grew up in America.

They're hard working and humble. I'd say they're the most intelligent and productive immigrants in America, but they come here to establish themselves so they can help their families. I don't think they have the time to be caping for American Blacks.

Here's what I've learned from African immigrants. Everyone needs to be focused on their own shyt. Nobody is coming to save you because they're too busy saving themselves.

The only culture that should be put on a pedestal is the one you're a part of. I'm all for unity, but unify the people in your country first before focusing on international unity.

American Black people have actually put more stock into every other group but our own. Everybody gets an easier ride because of our work. Everybody, so it's time to benefit from our work and focus on ourselves.

You don't have to imitate and low key patronize African culture to be afrocentric. Black is everywhere and everything. It isn't exclusively African or American. Be proud of whatever the fukk kind of black you are and exalt your culture. Focus on your issues and making sure your people are benefitting from their hard work.

:mjlol: At this African embracing being "American" while complaining about African "dikk riding"

This was sad to read. Black people dikk ride American/white culture more than anything and shyt on their African roots constantly. Yet you think afrocentricity is a problem in black America/ African Diaspora.

If people around me spoke/thought like you I'd probably kill myself
