Pre market, 7 minutes after its supposed to be open? Ive never seen wall street be late opening ever, someone more experienced in stock has this happened before? Are they fighting back against reddit?

Ive dabbled in stocks, I dont know why I thought it was open at 9 am prior.. or did they change the time
I’m very new to it but it’s been 9:30AM for the last year or so
