Stop binge watching shows. Instead find a few and rotate

I don’t like to wait a week to see what happens, so I almost always wait until the episodes are all out and then binge. I watch very few shows on a weekly basis, but for the shows I really want to see as soon as possible, I do. I like having both options.

I wish I could but once I am watching a show, I have to finish it and focus on it only. You are right about kinda getting zoned our by binge watching.
