You're lying to yourself if you believe 4 finals loses don't impact his legacy, especially if his record says at 2-4. Doesn't change that fact that he's an alltime great but it definitely affects where he finishes in the top 15. That's just a fact

But his legacy is also not set in stone. He still has time to average out his finals record.

The west is quickly becoming overrated. It's deeper than the east but they don't have a ton of elite contenders. Over the past 5 years who was going to beat Miami?

Rockets?
Blazers?
Grizzlies?

When discussing Kobe, once again rings comes up. Once Tom Brady won the Super Bowl this year they started comparing him to Joe Montana immediately. But again people gave Joe the nod because he never lost a championship game.

When you start discussing top 5-10 players of all time, rings ALWAYS comes up. And you talking out your ass if you say nobody is putting LeBrons name in that discsussion now.
