It's natural though. It's still a soap opera at the end of the day l. I still remember my aunt being mad about sonny writing/character progression on general hospital. she would talk on the phone after every episode lol

It's been this way since the beging of time. it's now just more in your face due to social media I'm telling you reduce the amount of time your on it this stuff becomes less of a problem/annoyance

Yeah I don't really mind it, as it used to bother me a few moons back. Especially in NJPW where I wanted Naito to win the belt, but it was hot potato between Tana and Okada.

At least back in the day, it was more organic like "damn when HitGOAT going to get the belt" or "HUCKING FOGAN" .

Now, I'm just shrugging my shoulders as each promoter has their "Bruno winz". Can't be mad at that at all. It's business dawg.

Some of the best rivalries in wrestling were booked 50/50 so I don't think it has to be an either/or situation. It's dependent on the feuds and wrestlers involved.

I think more wrestling fans need to accept that the thing they want to happen isn’t always going to happen and just learn to live with the results



I also need wrestling fans to understand that they don’t HAVE to watch everything.. when I see people mad that there’s another PLE coming, or upset at the length of certain shows it’s like.. you know you can just not watch that show, right? Instead of parking in front of the tv to be that mad a show is happening, get to it when you’re ready to and skip the bits you don’t wanna see. It’s so easy to skip past the stuff you have no interest in. The stuff is on Netflix for fukks sake

There’s a lot of times where I turn the show off before the main event because I know nothing is gonna happen. You need title reigns of all lengths of time. There was a time a couple years ago where Gunther had the IC title record, Usos had the tag title record, Bianca had the women’s title record, and theory had the WWE US title record all at the same time as Roman being champ forever. What purpose did those long title runs serve when it’s at the same time as Roman so they’ll never be the focus? If you don’t watch taped shows after seeing all of the results, then you can’t be mad at fans for not liking WWE resorting to a lazy ass formula with how they book. No one wants to watch something where you know who’s going to win.

Where do you go with dominant mid card champions? If you have your world champions rarely wrestle on tv like it’s 1985 even when they’re still green like Tiffany, why would you do that with the mid card titles too? Who’s going to wrestle on tv?
