Storage Samsung S6 edge issue. Please help.

Im not sure whats going on. I have 32gb's i have 7gbs in music and 785mbs in pictures.

But it's showing 23 gb dictated to other. How do I create space without a factory reset?

Ditch that shyt and get an S7

Settings -> Storage -> User datsa or w/e they call it on that old phone. It should show you exactly what's taking up a lot of space.

Not sure how the layout is on the S6 but on my Note 7 it displays it for me like this
