The cologne will not freeze because of the alcohol content.
I do not place my cologne in the refrigerator. I was at the Chanel store picking up another bottle of Coromandel and asked the sales rep about people storing perfume in the refrigerator and they told me you do not have to do that, it actually does more damage.
