Stores should give a refund on stale cigarillos

I already drove back to the crib got the tree broke down and everything. I open the rillo and it was in 2 pieces so I get back in the whip go back to the store to show the dude. I was like ok so can I get another one he looks at me like You bought you break not my problem. I'm like nah you sold me bad product so I want a refund . This Indian (dot) dude started going off about me breaking it when I tried to put weed in it getting really loud and shyt. I'm just like yo Calm down im just trying to blow one on this warm Sunday afternoon can I just get a different cigar. He looked at me and said No refunds.

I thought all true smokers know to squeeze the cigar to ensure freshness before you leave. Mohammed will pretend to not remember you soon as you leave. And to add on, only buy singles from unfamiliar stores and not packs cuz those are more likely to be fresh.
