I would have kept it OG to the comics and made her from Kenya.
This is Marvel's chance to really show us who the X-men are. T'challa is a great character, but Storm is so much more than just his trophy wife. She has a dope history of her own that would be wasted if they immediately rushed to make her into arm candy for Black Panther.

If anything, I would use the Black Panther marriage as the character's sendoff (like how they wrote Tony and Steve out of the storyline after Endgame)

Also, about the roster in the film...

I get why they're staying away from Logan, but I still consider him too iconic to completely get rid of. It's like having the Ninja Turtles without Raphael.
Just give Logan the Rogue One Vader treatment. Have him only show up in maybe three scenes tops and don't have him really go off on people until the very end of the movie.

Also, where's the love for my boy Colossus? He's always been a dope character, and he was on the front lines of nearly all of the GOAT storylines in the comics.

Krakoa is kinda like Ego from Guardians of the galaxy 2 but on a way smaller scale. Maybe they could connect them somehow. Both are sentient locations

That is the "All-New" team except they swapped out Banshee & Colossus with Marvel Girl & Havok.

Wonder if they plan on offing Thunderbird?

allegedly, mutants are a product of the celestials. The x gene laid dormant and it was activated by multiple infinity stone snaps on earth. 3 to be exact. Same thing with the externals.

That’s really the only way you can introduce so many characters on earth in a cinematic universe that’s 12 years old.


And storm probably won’t be born in Wakanda but she will simply end up there.
