So that some timezones with late sunsets, have fatter people in it, like ATL or Ohio in the eastern Timezone

Some places like Ohio, the sun doesn't set till after 9 pm in the early Summer.

In NY, it is 8:30 PM. That's bugged out in general in America.

Yeah, in other northern countries, its 24 hour daylight in the month of July, but in America, I never new that.

This is extremely interesting. Look at the different in Fitness levels from Colorado to Arizona. But, people have been abusing their sleep forever. I get about 5.5-6hrs a night and I'm in fairly good shape. Thanks for this OP, good post.
