That's all that works. Get to an ER or urgent care, ask for steroids and an antibiotic shot. You'll be good in six hours.Feel like putting a bullet in my head.

I had it twice in June. shyt felt like swallowing glass.

Water, tablespoon apple cider vinegar, citrus/ginger tea, honey, a splash off cayenne pepper.
Let get Lukewarm
Then gargle it, don't drink. Just gargle for about 30 seconds.
Just do this about 4/5 times every hour or so. For rest off the day. Should be good by tomorrow

That shyt was the worst pain I ever had in my life second only to a kidney stone.
First and only time I got it was on my 21st bday. Went to the strip club with my homies and shorty I was tricking on said she wanted to come with me. My happy faded ass took her to the crib and ate the box for 45 minutes minimum, straight from the club, no shower, no bird bath.
I woke up the next morning with a little tingle in my throat. By 3 that afternoon I wanted to commit that.
