One of my favorite games growing up. This looks a little bit... iffy. Could be just cause the dude playing sucks, but I remain skeptical until final product unveiled.

Strider is nothing like Metroid, and Metroid this generation while I enjoyed it is considered to be total shyt. Strider was more like Ninja Gaiden if anything.
