Judging from the thread title, I assumed she was just recording TikTok videos for fun and entertainment purposes, but if what you're saying is what I think it is, then yeah, their firing of her makes sense.

EDIT: I brought this up at my kids' school. They have a zero-tolerance cell phone policy, but it doesn't extend to faculty who do the same shyt (posting content on their social media with kids).
