Study Abroad...

Has anyone done it? What was your experience like? Was it expensive as hell to get in the program, or do they help you out with anything? Does age make a difference at all? I'm very interested, but don't know the 1st thing about it....

I was at student at ucla and I studied In London. I regret not going to Ghana instead but oh well. If you are in a western capital country the accomodation will be the most expensive. It's a good experience but make sure you go through your university because you want your classes to matriculate. Id say stay out of Europe because you can alway visit. Go to a developing country. Try South America or go to the Far East.

Really It depends on your major. Anything science relayed go to Europe or the Far East. Anything social related go to a developing country.

Indeed. Right now my life goal is to leave the USA forever (besides to visit). I have an AA, but I'll finish the rest of my time in another country if posible....
