4-5x a week is necessary for me or I’ll start to fall off. Keeping that routine keeps everything else in my life on schedule, and I feel so good afterwards. Plus you sleep so well after a rigorous workout. Keep pushing yourself and turn that gear up…

Your legs and lower abs will be burning.
I’ve been doing spin class consistently for a solid 15+ years and I swear that’s what has kept me healthy forever. I never thought about how great of a cardio workout it is because I just enjoy it, but I speed-walk everywhere because my body is so accustomed to moving and going hard for 30-45min non stop.
Throw some HIIT and strength training on top of that and you will feel like a MACHINE

I can actually
feel when I “fall off” because it’s when my stamina is off. I can literally tell how many weeks of intense exercise it will take to get my body feeling like itself again.
Of course don’t go overboard and kill yourself, but hopping on the bike and kicking that gear up as you get more and more acclimated is so good. Your heart will thank you.
