I agree with him. 1. the movie is too coold. 2. tickets and crap us too high. previews are too long. You have to endure the previews to make sure you get a decent seat. . You can't pause it to take a piss, phone call, get some more snacks.

My Oled looks 10x better than the screens at theaters

went to see a quiet place 2 and was annoyed by the picture quality

got a oled too and the picture quality is amazing! Ive had it for about 6 months and the quality still blows me away. I have a 2020 macbook pro with a HD retina display and when i switch from it to my oled it makes the mac look like some cheap ass low quality screen. I saw the original quiet place in theaters and there was some late early 30s couple that were obviously tipsy whispering throughout the whole movie. I tried to be patient but they wouldnt stop so i said something to them. I shouldnt have to risk a possible physical confrontation to watch a movie i paid for without disturbances. Dudes need to step their theater game up or something. I go to theaters that bring food and alcohol to your seat. Laid back in a recliner or one of them joints that vibrate on action scenes.

It depends really. The best part about going to the movies is the conversation afterwards, anyway. I remember my ex and I talking about Hereditary all day in Central Park after we watched it. I doubt that would've happened in the crib. We'd either be talking about other shyt throughout or she would've been looking at her phone or something.
