In California, the world’s sixth-biggest economy now mandates that half its power in 2030 be renewable. With solar and wind prices plummeting, NRG Energy recently said it would shutter three gas-fired plants
This is pointless since solar prices were always going to go down. Again, the purpose of the tariffs were to create a massive growth in US solar panel manufacturing.

If the prices continue to trend downward as they are doing without new US manufacturing then two things happen.

1.) There is no need to create manufacturing jobs here since the tarrifs only last 4 years meaning they'll be gone by the time a new factory were built.

2.) The only affects will be the short term reduction and delay which leads to job loss for the very people he hopes to protect.

I know you're a dikk riding fakkit who loves the attention and feels trump is helping you out, but you just have to admit some point he sold you wolf tickets. :royumad1:
