I guess this is the ethnic equivalent to a "Ditz" or an "airhead".
Ever had a girl in your school, social circle etc that was hot AND stupid? you know, really aloof, would sometimes drool, would always be sniffling. I'm talking scenarios like this:
Its 4th lunch,you and the dumb hot girl are under the bleachers:
"Rosaline, can i stick my pinky in your butt?"
"Ewwwwwww *giggles* why would you wanna do that?"
"cause its fun..."
