16% is industry standard from what I've seen. She was a nobody working as a cleaner and stripper. She's winning if you ask me. I think it's a 4 album deal. 2 more albums she'll be able to renegotiate. She's antisocial and barely wants to do interviews and performances. She wasn't going to make it as an independent artist. She's literally the exact type of person who should be signed to a label.

If those albums perform and her stock is up at all. If not, and she's in the red, the next will be worse. That's two duds away from being back on the pole with little to nothing to show for it.
