Russ looks completely finished. He still looks out of shape and bloated. His mechanics look off and I don't get the impression he's doing anything to fix these things. Instead he's focused on super inefficient training methods that don't impact winning games, but allow him to claim he is working harder than anybody. And until a coach is willing to call his bullshyt out in front of the entire team he's gonna keep falling.
The 4 o'clock games are weak this week.
