A lot of these fake car experts talk about what's better or worse, but have never changed thier own oil.

Till something breaks... I get it though. If money was no object and I had the resources to finagle with fuel and timing maps, compound all the way for autocross or road racing. Turbocharging does indeed produce more top end power more efficiently, and the same argument could be made for twin charging systems as compound for lag and low end power.

Years back you could have made the argument for supercharging but turbo charged engines have gotten a lot better and more reliable.
