Superman is a liar (lies about identity), thief (steals clothes) and a murderer (kills Zod) but we celebrate him as a hero because he can fly and capture bad guys. In other words, he's the visual representation of our government. Still gonna see Superman vs Batman though.

I have more of a problem that the museum, in which Superman committed that action, didn't see fit to evacuate all of the visitors knowing that the city was under siege by the Kryptonians. I mean how do you continue to do business (like aint shyt going on) as usual with that world engine making that huge of a ruckus? Others in the city couldn't feel that? No sirens or PSAs going off?
That was bad logic and/or writing just to lead into Zod"s demise. Believe me, that father wouldn't have endangered his family like that had he known what was going on which put Supes in that precarious position to choose. Snapping Zod's neck was a bit extreme though...could've been handled better.
