Ebay store huh? I wish you the best of luck. Ebay are known to react prematurely in shutting down Ebay stores and getting it back open again is nearly impossible. People would amass a 99% positive reputation and eat off of that profit that they tried so hard to get, then all of the sudden Ebay shuts you down. Their email responses would be extremely vague when trying to find answers. People would open a new store but they aren't able to get back that same success that they once had before. I heard its because other Ebay stores that sell similar items log in complaints against other stores in order shut them out.
It happened to me. I had an ebay store selling women's lingerie. I spent my time making graphics for it and making it look overall appealing. All of the sudden I got a letter from Ebay saying that I "abused Ebay" and they shut down my store. I haven't even used it all that much or sold anything yet, then all of the sudden I couldn't get into my store anymore. This was my last response from them before I gave up:

Your account was suspended due to concerns we have for the safety and
integrity of the eBay community. Per the User Agreement, "Abusing eBay",
we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely
suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our services
to you if we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal
liability for you, our users, or us.
We apologize if our responses seem automated or cold. Please understand
that this is partly due to our business processes and partly due to our
efforts to provide a rapid response. I assure you that for each reply
