Supreme Court agrees to decide if mail-in ballots can arrive after Election Day

so now they leaving it up to the Post Office? 
if election date is the first Tuesday of every November, mail in ballots should get that same time to decide as well. The postmark date should be no later than the election day IMO (I believe this is already the rule in many places)
