In Citizen's United, the justification you can't have laws that assume corruption/fraud, you have to have evidence. Now in the Arizona case, you can have laws that assume corruption/fraud? The SC talking out of both side of their mouth. How is the ruling constituitional if they're making opposite arguments about the same thing.
