When your whole ideology is just based on hate, it doesn't stop with just the initial target. The ideology has to be sustained and like you said its only based on hate and you always need an enemy. I think that in these actions and this administrations actions regarding the freedom of movement of legal residents previously than these aren't actually rights and citizens should expect the same treatment.
