good. surprise it was 8-1 though, thought i would be another 5-4. alito is a scumbag though.
I don't believe the link. I can't find this story anywhere and with most rulings we should be able to read the actual judges opinions.

i guess it got lost in the obamacare and gay marriage rulings. too much news to process i guess. strange it didn't get more attention like you said though.

I wonder how this is going to work down here cause in Texas they don't have the three strikes but call it "enhancement" - you can have two previous felonies and on the third, even if it's some bs low-level felony, you qualify for these cats to throw in the 25-99 "enhancement".

Their cases will be reopened and some may get time served (I think)
Each individual state will have to rewrite their 3 strike laws to comply with the new ruling
