The Mayor of New York posted a twitter imagine asking someone to get Kanye on the phone (pick up the phone ooooh) to hold a block party after the last one was crashed.

He said it was wrong to do a block party like this, but let's try again for charity, nothing wrong with that.
Also like only one of two cars were dented in this.
